Please remember that the person making this booking accepts all of the terms and conditions as set out below.

Tickets Non-Changeable & Non-Refundable
Tickets are neither changeable nor refundable once issued.

Flight Changes & Rescheduling
The airline can change or reschedule flights without any prior notice. You are requested to reconfirm your flights 48 hours before departure.

Deposits
Deposits are totally non-refundable.

Invoice vs. E-Ticket
This is not your e-ticket — it is only an invoice for confirmation of your package.

Hotel Availability
Hotel bookings are subject to availability. During busy periods, passengers may face last-minute changes or an upgrade to an alternate property. However, a similar hotel will always be provided.

Room Type
Room type is totally subject to hotel availability.

Travel Documents
Passports and travel documents must be valid for more than 6 months before departure.

Hotel Bookings Final
Hotel bookings are always non-changeable and non-refundable once issued.

Payment to Secure Package
In order to secure your full package, 70% payment of your total committed price is required within 72 hours.

Transit Visa Responsibility
It is the passenger's sole responsibility to ensure they comply with all transit visa requirements for their journey.

Package Upgrades
If you want to upgrade your package after finalizing, or at the last moment, extra charges would be applicable where the booking is changeable. In most cases this applies to your hotels.
Acknowledgement
By confirming your booking with Diamond Travels, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to all of the terms and conditions listed above.
